GSM/MAP HLR GPRS

The GSM/MAP HLR GPRS project is a project to provide an HLR with GPRS capabilities for the OpenSS7 stack. This project uses the OpenSS7 stack to provide a 6-million subscriber HLR using a blade architecture.

This project began in August 2001.

This project is in the Design stage.

This project focuses on the SCCP and TCAP capabilities of the OpenSS7 stack. It utilizes SUA and TUA for redunancy and reliability and supports TALI integration to Tekelec IP7 and other TALI compliant products.
