UA Layer Manager


Overview:-	The UA Layer Manager is a daemon program which reads configuration files and configures the SIGTRAN stacck for operation. In addition, the UA Layer Manager is responsible for logging evens and statstics and for performing routing maintenance on the SIGTRAN stack.

History:-	This component started in September 2000.

Status:-	This component is in the Coding stage.

Dependencies:-	This component depends upon the Layer Management Interface to the various components of the OpenSS7 stack.
